I like the taste and feel however i wonder if micro rather than nano hydroxyappetite would be safer? I would also like to know if they are needle shaped nano hydroxyapetite crystals?

Great to find an oral care product that works and has environment- friendly packaging. Super handy non-liquid product for flights and tastes great too.

Been using these tablets for several months, a little differently from the suggestion. I brush with just water, or with a baking soda paste first, then chew a tablet and swish it through teeth and keep the liquid in my mouth as long as possible before swallowing. Use before bed, so the residual has all night to work. Sensitivity has disappeared (after years of sensitivity toothpastes not ending the problem), plaque significantly reduced. My 71 year old kiwi teeth (not cosmetically enhanced in any way) love these tablets. Thankyou!
